Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using futureproofwebsite.com (the "site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who provides this site

The site is provided by Paul Masterson, trading as datavision.ie, Ireland. Contact: [email protected].

3. Guidance, not professional advice

The content — including the guides, the Radar, and the AI Readiness Index — is for general information and education. It is not professional, legal, regulatory, accessibility, or compliance advice, and must not be relied on as such. Where we mention laws or standards (for example the EU GDPR, the EU AI Act, the European Accessibility Act, or WCAG), we do so in general terms; you should obtain advice qualified to your specific circumstances and jurisdiction before acting. Using the site creates no advisory, consulting, or client relationship.

4. The AI Readiness Index

The AI Readiness Index and any self-assessment tools are provided as guidance only. Scores are indicative and self-reported; they are not a certification, audit, or guarantee of any outcome, ranking, or compliance status.

5. The audit tool

The free audit, the API and the MCP endpoint are automated tools that fetch a website you specify and score it against the AI Readiness Index. You may only audit a site you own or are otherwise authorised to test. Results are automated and indicative — they are not a certification, audit opinion, or guarantee of any ranking, compliance, or outcome. You must not use the tools to attack, overload, or probe sites without authorisation, and we may rate-limit or refuse requests.

6. Premium reports and payment

The Premium report is a paid, one-off digital product (launch price €39, plus VAT where applicable), delivered as a downloadable PDF immediately after payment. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. By purchasing you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Because the Premium report is a digital product generated and delivered to you immediately, by completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the report has been generated, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumers under EU and Irish consumer law. If a report fails to generate, is faulty, or is not as described, contact us at [email protected] and we will re-issue it or refund you. We may also offer refunds at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, reports and design of this site are owned by datavision.ie and protected by copyright. You may read it and share links to it, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish, resell, or systematically copy substantial parts of the site without our written permission. A Premium report you purchase is for your own or your organisation's use. For reuse requests, contact [email protected].

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including not attempting to disrupt it, not scraping or hammering it in ways that degrade service for others, and not using it for any unlawful purpose. Automated access should respect our robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.

The site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those sites. Some outbound links may be affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

11. No warranties

The site, the audit tools and the reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its tools, its reports, or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
