Testimonials policy

This policy governs how futureproofwebsite.com solicits, verifies, and publishes testimonials in compliance with the EU Omnibus Directive (2019/2161), the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, and the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland Code.

Authenticity

We only publish testimonials from real individuals who have directly used our services. We do not fabricate, paraphrase without approval, or commission fake reviews. All submissions are verified against a known client record before publication.

No incentivised bias

We do not offer payment, discounts, or any reward in exchange for positive testimonials. If a testimonial is received from a client who received a discounted or complimentary engagement, this will be disclosed alongside the published testimonial.

No selective suppression

We accept both positive and constructive feedback. We reserve the right to decline publication of submissions that are defamatory, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith — but we do not suppress negative feedback purely because it reflects unfavourably on our services.

Every submission requires the contributor to confirm: (a) the content reflects their genuine experience, (b) they personally used the service described, and (c) they consent to publication on this website. We retain submission records including date, email, and declaration checkboxes as evidence of compliance.

Right to withdraw

Contributors may request removal of their published testimonial at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Requests are processed within 5 business days.
